David contributed to Coscend Communications Solutions during its incubation phase.
Earlier at Fujitsu, he has led sales and marketing teams to generate sales and unify marketing initiatives across product organizations.
He has helped build businesses by:
- Growing fiber optical cable business at his account to $25 million annually;
- Introducing new digital loop carrier product that led to $ 50 million of annual business;
- Introducing new DWDM product, and growing business in inter-exchange carrier segment to $150 million in the second year;
- Integrating product marketing initiatives within product planning organization; and
- Providing sales strategy, structure, staffing and skills development to business owners and their sales teams.
He chairs the Mission committee at First United Methodist Church Allen. He has established a Memorial Fund and a scholarship at University of North Texas.
David earned his bachelor of science at the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY and attended various graduate level marketing classes at the University of Chicago and University of Phoenix.
A former Rugby player, he enjoys cycling, country western dancing, general fitness and following his Chicago sports teams. David and his wife, Sherri, live in Dallas and have a son and two daughters.
